Order Management Interpret buyer requirements and ensure accurate execution. Manage order confirmation, costing, and approvals. Product Development Oversee sampling (proto, fit, PP, shipment samples). Ensure samples meet buyer quality and timeline expectations. Buyer Communication & Follow-Up Maintain proactive and clear communication with buyers. Provide regular updates on order progress, challenges, and solutions. Share TNA (Time & Action) status reports, highlighting milestones and delays. Vendor & Supplier Coordination Follow up with fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers for timely delivery. Ensure correct quality and quantity of raw materials. Production Monitoring Coordinate with production teams to track order progress. Troubleshoot issues that may affect deadlines. Quality Assurance Work with QA teams to ensure compliance with buyer quality standards. Address and resolve quality issues quickly. Logistics & Shipment Ensure accurate documentation for shipping. Follow up with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. Costing & Negotiation Prepare and review order costing sheets. Negotiate with suppliers and buyers to optimize profitability. Team Management Guide and monitor junior merchandisers. Ensure task delegation, follow-ups, and performance evaluation. Reporting & TNA Management Maintain and update the TNA calendar for all orders. Send weekly progress reports to buyers and management. Highlight risk areas early and implement corrective actions.
