About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled EPM Systems Analyst to join our team, with expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning and strong knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere. This role will support both the implementation and ongoing administration of our EPM solution, driving financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. You will partner with finance, HR, and IT teams, ensuring our Adaptive Planning platform is optimized, integrated seamlessly with ERP and data platforms, and meets evolving business needs. Responsibilities: · Act as the business analyst and technical liaison between stakeholders and the implementation partner. · Define business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. · Support configuration, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere integration, and data mapping. · Lead UAT, troubleshoot defects, and validate data accuracy across systems. · Serve as system administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning (roles, security, metadata, and hierarchies). · Maintain and enhance planning models, dashboards, and reports. · Monitor and optimize integrations between Adaptive Planning, SAP S/4HANA, Datasphere, and Workday HCM. · Support financial planning cycles, ensuring accurate and timely data flows. · Train and support business users, document processes, and drive continuous improvement. · Stay current with Adaptive Planning and SAP innovations to propose enhancements.
