The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and potential customers, answering inbound calls, providing information about products and services, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of all communications and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high volume of calls Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping Customer service experience and ability to handle customer queries Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Excellent problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
