Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. Prior experience in stock handling or retial inventory management is a plus. Receive and verify incoming stock from suppliers. Accurately enter product details (name, quantity, MRP, etc.) into the inventory or POS software. Generate and apply barcode labels to new stock as per standard procedure. Ensure all labeled items are correctly categorized and stored. Coordinate with the purchase and sales team for any discrepancies in received stock. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom during the inwarding process. Ensure timely and efficient processing of all new arrivals for display or dispatch.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage product and data uploads for our website and related platforms. The role involves creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across online channels. Key Responsibilities: Upload new products on the website/e-commerce platform with accurate details (name, SKU, description, category, price, stock, etc.). Ensure high-quality product images are uploaded and optimized for web. Regularly update stock status, offers, discounts, and price changes. Maintain product categorization and ensure smooth navigation for customers. Upload and update other business data (inventory files, vendor details, POS data, etc.) as required. Perform quality checks to ensure no errors in listings (typos, wrong images, mismatched prices). Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and marketing teams to ensure updated information is reflected online. Generate basic product upload/stock reports when needed. Requirements & Skills: Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom CMS, etc.) – training can be provided. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Basic understanding of SEO-friendly product descriptions is a plus. Prior experience in data entry/website management/e-commerce will be preferred. Education & Experience:Minimum: Graduate / Diploma holder (any field). Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good computer skills can apply).
