The IET Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring effective customer service. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing training plans, instructing employees, and addressing any training-related concerns to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training & Development and Instructional Design Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Prior experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
