Vivah Vows | Wedding Planner

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and result-driven Wedding Planner & Decor Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, planning weddings from concept to execution, and driving sales for our décor and styling services. You’ll be the key point of contact for our clients and play an integral part in turning their dream celebrations into reality. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Sales Meet potential clients, understand their wedding vision, and pitch our planning & décor services. Prepare proposals and customized packages based on client requirements. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Wedding Planning & Coordination Coordinate with clients from initial meeting to final execution. Plan wedding timelines, vendor bookings, logistics, and on-ground coordination. Serve as a point of contact on the wedding day, ensuring smooth execution and handling last-minute changes. Decor & Styling Sales Pitch décor concepts, mood boards, and styling ideas in line with current trends. Coordinate with in-house or external decor teams to execute decor set-ups. Ensure every element of décor matches the client’s expectations and theme. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in wedding planning, decor, or event sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a flair for creativity and aesthetics. Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel for events. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva or presentation tools is a plus.
