As a CRM Business Analyst at QuadricIT, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring CRM systems, and providing end-user support in the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary focus will be on Viva CRM, ensuring that system configurations meet business needs and driving operational excellence. With over 8 years of experience, you will work offshore during UK business hours, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders to drive successful CRM implementations. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting CRM-related business requirements, supporting Viva CRM implementations for pharma clients, and serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will lead user acceptance testing, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support. Your strong understanding of CRM processes, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will be essential in this client-facing role. To excel in this position, you must have 8+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in Viva CRM and a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry. Your ability to work independently offshore during UK hours, along with your familiarity with compliance requirements in the pharma sector, will be key to your success. Additionally, experience with documentation tools, business process modeling, and testing will be advantageous. Preferred qualifications for this role include Viva CRM certification or proven hands-on experience, previous involvement in pharma CRM rollouts or upgrades, and knowledge of compliance requirements in life sciences.
