Role: Assess and Analyze Current Production Methods. Maximize Productivity of Machinery and Workers. Ensure 100% Material Received to Start Production. Ensure Material is as per Requirement. Update Daily Progress Report. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production schedules Comply All QA Observation Points are offer to QA. Responsibilities: Study GAD & ITP before any operation. Check All Jobs Are Fitted as per Drawing. Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and testing as per ITP check each and every job at fitting stage, Offer to QA and get clearance for welding. comply all the points received from QA. Ensure jobs are verified as per check sheets. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of fabrication jobs Update Daily Progress Report. Ensure adherence to approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), drawings, and standards. Optimize material usage and minimize wastage Ensure Job Readiness for final Inspection and PDI. Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformance Develop Fixtures for Standard Production Process. Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements Train shop-floor workers to enhance skill and productivity Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and quality departments for smooth workflow Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors if required. Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/ Production Engineering, or equivalent Having 1-2 years in Fabrication & Manufacturing experience required (structural steel, pressure vessels, heavy fabrication, etc.)
