Job Summary:

As a Visualiser, you will play a key role in the design process, translating creative ideas into visually striking and meaningful designs. You will work closely with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, to produce visuals that align with the brand’s voice and business goals. Your ability to combine art and technology will help deliver high-quality content across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create designs that meet project requirements.
• Transform ideas and briefs into engaging visuals, including digital assets, print layouts, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop designs that maintain consistency with the brand’s identity and messaging.
• Create illustrations, graphics, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance content.
• Use software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to execute high-quality design projects.
• Produce mockups, prototypes, and final design layouts for presentations and client reviews.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh and innovative output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets according to project timelines.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from the creative team, clients, or stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual design work.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Creative Skills:
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs.
• A good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
