Visual Merchandiser/Sales Assistant

As a Visual Merchandiser, your role will involve training and briefing store staff on arranging displays, as well as upgrading and maintaining store displays and hygiene. You will also be responsible for preparing and sharing reports with the regional team for all executions. Additionally, you will be required to travel to stores within your region, visiting a minimum of 5-6 stores. Key Responsibilities: - Train and brief store staff on arranging displays - Upgrade and maintain store displays and hygiene - Prepare and share reports with the regional team - Travel to stores within your region (minimum 5-6 stores) Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Apparel, or Design Experience: - Freshers with demonstrable visual design skills and eagerness to learn - Ability to manage and work effectively in a team - 1-2 years of experience is preferred Skills: - Good communication and coordination skills - Detail-oriented with an eye for detail - Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices - Creative and innovative thinker In addition to the job specifics, please note that the company offers health insurance, yearly bonus, and the work schedule is in the morning shift.
