Visual Merchandiser (MALE ONLY)

You will represent India's No.1 Furniture Brand, Royaloak as a Visual Merchandiser. Your primary responsibility will be to display merchandise on showroom floors in alignment with marketing, merchandising, and advertising plans. Your role will involve developing merchandising goals aimed at boosting sales and enhancing the aesthetics of the store. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will lead the organization and display of furniture and accessory products on the sales floor based on directives from the corporate merchandising team. You will be in charge of executing floor set changes, monitoring the quality of showroom goods, and ensuring consistency in visual display directives and merchandising standards. Additionally, you will train store teams on visual merchandising, merchandising techniques, and current trends. To qualify for this role, you should have an Associates Degree in Art, Interior Design, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field. Alternatively, you should possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum of two years of merchandising or interior design experience is required. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead teams, work independently, and demonstrate creativity in implementing advanced merchandising techniques. Strong planning, time management, organizational skills, and adaptability to changing priorities and environments are also necessary.
