VISUAL MERCHANDISER- FURNITURE SHOWROOM(MALE)

As a Visual Merchandiser (VM) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to showcase merchandise on showroom floors in alignment with marketing, merchandising, and advertising strategies. Your role will involve developing merchandising objectives aimed at boosting sales and enhancing the overall look of the store. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the arrangement of furniture and accessory products on the sales floor based on directives from the corporate merchandising team. - Implement floor set changes, including the introduction of new items and the removal of discontinued products. - Monitor the quality of showroom goods and take necessary actions to replace substandard floor samples. - Conduct training sessions for store teams to enhance their understanding of visual merchandising, merchandising techniques, and current trends. - Ensure the consistent execution of visual display guidelines, signage, and merchandising standards. Qualifications Required: - Associates Degree in Art, Interior Design, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience. - Minimum of two years of experience in merchandising, interior design, or a related field. - Proficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead teams with diverse job roles. - Ability to work independently with diligence and attention to detail. - Demonstrated creativity and expertise in advanced merchandising methods. - Strong organizational, time management, and planning abilities. - Adaptability to changing priorities and environments. - Basic understanding of retail business strategies.
