Visual inspection

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals with a GNM qualification to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team as Visual Inspection Operators. The role involves manually inspecting ampoules and vials for defects and ensuring only flawless products proceed to final packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspection of ampoules and vials under controlled lighting conditions.

• Identify and segregate defective units (e.g., cracks, particles, discoloration).

• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and defect rates.

• Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to ensure product integrity.

• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols strictly.

Qualifications:

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) certification is mandatory.

• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Strong attention to detail and visual acuity.

• Ability to work in a sterile and regulated environment.

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical standards is a plus.
