Key Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in crafting engaging UI designs. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and others. - Strong understanding of design principles and experience with design systems. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Qualifications (good to have): - Experience with micro animations. - Previous mentoring experience with junior designers. - Exposure to the Ed-tech industry.
