As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer who can strengthen our brand identity, bring creative concepts to life, and create visually compelling designs across digital and offline platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Designer with 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital creatives, and brand communication to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, an understanding of premium brand aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content. From social media creatives and digital campaigns to product launches, marketing collaterals, and event branding, you will play a key role in shaping how Iconiq Wellness looks and communicates across platforms.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond executing individual design requests — someone who can conceptualise campaigns, maintain a consistent visual identity, experiment with AI-powered creative tools, and take ownership of the complete design process, from ideation to final execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design high-quality visual creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website banners, emailers, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Create brochures, product catalogues, presentations, flyers, posters, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, brand campaigns, promotions, and special initiatives.
• Translate briefs and marketing objectives into engaging, aesthetically strong visual communication.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats, platforms, and audience segments while maintaining visual consistency.

2. Brand Identity & Visual Communication

• Maintain and strengthen the visual identity of Iconiq Wellness across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colours, imagery, layouts, and overall design language.
• Develop design concepts that reflect the brand's premium positioning in the wellness, luxury lifestyle, and longevity space.
• Identify opportunities to improve the brand's visual presentation across its website, social media, sales materials, and marketing channels.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable brand assets, templates, and design elements.

3. Social Media & Digital Content

• Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, stories, reels covers, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly content themes, creative directions, and visual storytelling.
• Develop cohesive visual concepts for content series, product features, educational posts, and brand campaigns.
• Ensure that social media creatives follow a consistent aesthetic while remaining relevant to platform trends.
• Work with the content team to transform concepts, copy, and campaign ideas into compelling visual content.

4. AI-Assisted Design & Creative Innovation

• Use AI-powered design and content creation tools to explore concepts, generate visual references, enhance imagery, and accelerate creative workflows.
• Experiment with AI-generated lifestyle imagery, backgrounds, product settings, and campaign concepts while ensuring brand relevance and visual quality.
• Combine AI tools with professional design software to produce polished, commercially usable creative assets.
• Stay updated on emerging design tools, visual trends, and creative technologies.
• Explore innovative ways to showcase wellness products and lifestyle experiences through visual storytelling.

5. Campaigns, Events & Marketing Collaterals

• Design creative assets for product launches, exhibitions, wellness events, brand activations, and industry collaborations.
• Develop event-specific branding, standees, banners, invitations, digital announcements, and presentation materials.
• Create visually engaging sales presentations, product comparison sheets, and customised marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all campaign assets align with the brand's communication objectives.
• Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

6. Collaboration & Creative Ownership

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand business objectives and creative requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept and design development through revisions and final delivery.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and ensure timely execution of design requests.
• Organise design files, maintain proper version control, and prepare assets in the required formats for publication or production.

The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualise an idea, develop a creative direction, use the right tools to bring it to life, and ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• Experience creating social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate brand guidelines into engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design quality, creative thinking, and versatility across formats.
