Description
As a Visual Graphic Designer at Kshm located in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in creating powerful visuals for campaigns, ads, website, print, and social media. Your responsibilities will include owning color grading, tonality, and the overall look and feel of brand assets, designing high-impact graphics and motion assets, retouching and enhancing photos/videos with a focus on design fundamentals, supporting UI/UX projects, developing original illustrations and creative assets for marketing, collaborating across marketing teams to ensure consistent visuals, and bringing fresh ideas and design inspirations to keep the brand ahead of trends. Qualifications required for this role include having 2-3 years of experience in visual graphic design, proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Lightroom, and Procreate, a strong portfolio showcasing design depth, color theory, typography, retouching, and composition, being detail-oriented with the ability to identify and rectify visual issues, and preferably having experience in motion graphics and video editing.
