The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their animation and design skills across various digital mediums. Educational Qualification:Bachelor s/Master s degree in Animation and Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field.Experience:Proven experience (6 to 10 years) working as an Animator/Motion Graphics artist, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation projects.Critical ThinkingProblem ManagementExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.Strong organizational skills.Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for design innovation. Roles and Responsibilities: Participate in brainstorming sessionsIndependently handle RequestCommunicate effectivelyInnovate activelyAbility to multitask and work under pressureRelationships:Report to Media LeadCoordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.Technical skills:Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (advanced level), Premier, Animate, Adobe Audition and other relevant design software.Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI.Knowledge of 3Ds Max, DaVinci will be a plus.Creativity and Design skills:Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas.Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.Attention to details is a must.Should have strong storyboarding skills.Advanced sound engineering skills will be a plus.
