As a Visual Designer at the healthcare startup in Kochi, you play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and ensuring consistent communication across various mediums. Your work focuses on visuals but also on building trust, empathy, and clarity for those who need it the most. You will be an essential part of the design process, contributing from ideation to execution across physical and digital platforms. Collaborating closely with the team, you will be responsible for scaling the brand through end-to-end design solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in shaping and maintaining the brand identity through brand development & design system. - Ensure consistency in brand collateral from brochures to pitch decks in brand collateral development & management. - Design creative content for billboards, screens, and digital platforms in marketing ads (digital + physical). - Build campaign-specific landing pages for effective communication and conversion in landing pages for campaigns. - Create engaging content for social media platforms that stands out in thumbnails & social media posters. - Bring ideas to life with a big-picture perspective in holistic design thinking. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. - Available from 9 AM to 6 PM for hybrid or in-office work in Kochi. - Enjoys ideating, discussing, and collaborating with the team. - Creative mindset with a passion for solving challenges and contributing to end-to-end solutions. - Driven to grow a brand in both physical and digital spaces.
