What are we looking for? Written and verbal communication
Educational Qualification:Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field.Experience:Proven experience (3 to 6 years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projectsCritical ThinkingProblem Management Development under supervision. Ability to learn and upskill. Roles and Responsibilities: Technical skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI.Creativity and Design skills:Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.Attention to details is a must.Soft skills:Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.Strong organizational skills.Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics will be a plus.
