What would you do? Creative Concept DevelopmentIdeate and design compelling visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for a wide range of deliverables including white papers, design reports, PowerPoint presentations, emailers, and social media creatives.Design Tools & Software ExpertiseProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft PowerPoint to produce high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets.Presentation Design & DevelopmentLead the creation of visually engaging presentations by transforming contenttext, data, and chartsinto clear, concise, and impactful slides that support storytelling and audience engagement.Visual StorytellingTranslate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that enhance the speakers message and guide the audience through a cohesive story arc.Brand Identity & ConsistencyEnsure all visual materials strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in logos, typography, color schemes, and overall design language.Data VisualizationConvert complex datasets into intuitive and visually appealing charts, graphs, and infographics that enhance comprehension and decision-making.Image & Icon CurationSelect and integrate high-quality images, illustrations, and icons that align with the content and elevate the visual impact of the materials.Proofreading & Quality AssuranceConduct thorough reviews of all visual assets to ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and visual alignmentdelivering polished, error-free outputs.A set of tasks to design and plan the implementation of visual materials such as illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and color to improve the user experience.
What are we looking for? Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in design applications.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator is a MUSTProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Power Point is a MUSTBasic understanding on HTML is requiredUnderstanding of brand and corporate guidelines to ensure consistency in design elements.Collaboration skills to work closely with client agencies and team members.Flexibility to work in shifts if required, including NIGHT shifts.Bachelor s degree with a proven track record of successful graphic design projects.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Outlook for communication and organizational tasks.1.Become a storyteller, and thrive using a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase services and capabilities, sell the brand, and promote the company as the company of choice 2.Possess strong technical skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud)3.Excellent English verbal & written communication skills 4.Self-motivation and the ability to work under aggressive timeline is must 5.Ability to shift project priorities quickly & change in design direction6.Autonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected.7.Flexibility to work in work shifts or shifts as required
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
