As a Visual Communication Lead at Alive India, you will be responsible for creating and editing visually engaging content, including short reels, videos featuring artists, musicians, studio clients, and concert aftermovies. Your role will also involve having basic shoot knowledge for capturing engaging content, writing compelling captions, and posting content across social media platforms like Instagram & Facebook with effective CTAs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and edit visually engaging content such as short reels, videos featuring artists, musicians, studio clients, and concert aftermovies - Possess basic shoot knowledge for capturing engaging content and assist in recording Music Videos - Write compelling captions and post content across social media platforms - Manage regular posting on Instagram & Facebook with effective CTAs **Qualifications:** - Passionate about Music and Events - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects - Experience in Videography, Video Editing, Color Grading & Basic Animation - Understanding of Meta applications (Facebook & Instagram) for content posting - Knowledge of shooting videos & photography, comfortable in handling Camera, Gimbal & Operating Lights - Time Management skills for Fast-paced edits - Willingness to travel with the band - Strong Communication and Writing Skills,
