Visual Communication Designer

As a Visual/Interdisciplinary Designer (Marketing) at Unifize, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning designs that effectively communicate the company's offerings and value proposition to various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Creating landing pages, brochures, and other design assets to clearly articulate Unifize's solutions. - Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to understand the problem Unifize aims to solve and to develop original design solutions for different channels. - Managing the creative production cycle from conception to delivery. - Organizing and maintaining design wireframes, mockups, and other resources. - Developing sitemaps and content using Notion. - Designing on Figma and implementing designs on Webflow. - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and fresh design. - Basic copywriting and the ability to prompt a custom GPT. - Sourcing stock assets and preparing them for use in various creative projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a technology or product-driven company. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Webflow, among others. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for the end-user experience. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual harmony. - Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment. - Background in SaaS Design and proficiency in working with no-code tools like Webflow, Lottie, and Framer is a plus. - Ability to voice opinions, accept constructive criticism, and iterate with a reasonable turnaround time. - Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and technologies as required.
