Job Summary: We are Hiring for Field Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of industrial sectors such as power plants, refineries, petrochemical units, steel plants, chemical industries, fertilizers, and more. Key Responsibilities: Visit client sites (plants, factories, project locations) to promote products/services and understand customer requirements. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with procurement, engineering, and plant operation teams. Identify marketing and business development opportunities in assigned regions or sectors. Provide feedback from the field to the internal sales/marketing team for strategic planning. Assist in technical discussions, presentations, or demos at customer locations. Participate in trade shows, industry expos, seminars, and vendor meetings. Maintain daily reports, CRM entries, and follow up on leads and inquiries. Support tender processes, pre-qualification documentation, and proposal follow-ups when required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or related field Experience: 2–5 years of experience in industrial marketing, field sales, or technical business development. Understanding of plant operations, industrial products, and procurement processes is a strong advantage. Skill required: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively and work in field/plant environments. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report generation.
