Visual Brand Designer

As a Visual Brand Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in translating brand strategy into compelling visuals for both digital and offline platforms. You will need to combine speed with creativity to deliver polished designs that maintain brand consistency and momentum. Key Responsibilities: - Designing visuals for digital-first platforms such as websites, app interfaces, social media creatives, and campaigns. - Developing offline assets including POS materials, brochures, standees, and event collaterals. - Creating and managing brand identity systems including guidelines, typography, and color palettes. - Collaborating closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. - Delivering designs efficiently while upholding high visual standards. - Keeping abreast of design trends to ensure the brand identity remains fresh and relevant. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in visual/graphic design, preferably in agency, startup, or in-house brand settings. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. - Demonstrated ability to design for both digital and print formats. - Portfolio showcasing work related to brand identity and campaign assets. - Capability to balance speed and creativity when working under tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout.
