We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage a luxury residential project. The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise design development to meet project and compliance requirements. Maintain and manage project documentation , drawings, and site reports. Oversee and monitor project estimation, costing , and budgets . Manage and supervise all on-site civil, structural, and MEP works , including: RCC, blockwork, plaster, civil finishes (tiling, flooring, painting, doors, shutters, elevation) Plumbing, electrical, and lift installations Ensure execution is as per design and quality standards . Conduct site inspections , quality checks, and monitor milestone achievements. Maintain strict safety standards and legal compliance on-site. Communicate effectively with customers, architects, consultants , and internal teams. Ensure timely project completion and smooth handover to the facility/maintenance team. Desired Candidate Profile: Based in Pune. Minimum 5+ years of proven experience, especially in finishing work for high-end residential projects . Strong technical knowledge with practical experience in residential construction. Excellent soft skills to manage communication with customers, architects, and consultants. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and managing execution on-site. Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
