Job Description The person in this role will take care of the complete accounting and financial management of the company which includes recording transactions, processing payments, preparing purchase orders, preparing financial statements and reports, and reconciling bank statements. Roles & Responsibilities · Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company. · Monitor Regular Bank Reconciliations Monitor Vendor Payments and reconciliations Monitor Revenue, Bill booking and Receivable Management · Preparing financial statements, MIS reports. · Tax Assessments & Returns · Monthly GST Payments / Returns GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B · GST Audit · 24Q / 27Q TDS Monitoring Quarterly TDS Returns, 26AS Reconciliations · Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors · Tax Audit / Tax Planning · Coordinating internal and external audits. · Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies, if any, · Performing such other duties as required as per the needs of the company. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent plus a minimum of five years related experience preferred. · Manufacturing / Industrial Experience preferred. · Must have knowledge of Ms Excel and Ms Word. · Must have exceptional problem-solving abilities. · Must be able to work independently · Must be able to manage team. · Must be detail oriented and organized.
