Role Overview: You are being hired for the role of Project Delivery Technical Manager in the VisionPLUS Cards Domain at Cortex. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and manage credit card projects, define and deliver technical solutions, lead coordination activities with vendors and partners, oversee activity planning, design, and implementation, and ensure successful project execution with high business satisfaction. Additionally, you will drive project governance, risk mitigation, timely delivery, and ensure full lifecycle management of VisionPLUS-related projects. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate and manage credit card projects in alignment with business requirements. - Define and deliver technical solutions based on business needs. - Lead vendor and partner coordination activities. - Oversee activity planning, technical design, and implementation. - Ensure successful project execution with high business satisfaction. - Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and timely delivery. - Ensure full lifecycle management of VisionPLUS-related projects. Qualification Required: - Graduate with 6 to 10 years of experience in VisionPLUS implementation. - In-depth knowledge of VisionPLUS core modules, API integration, and JSON/REST APIs. - Strong communication and analytical thinking skills. - Proven experience in managing projects through the full SDLC. - Familiar with Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent interpersonal and team management capabilities. - Resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
