Escalation Management: Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate identified risks. Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to resolve critical issues. Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2 to 6 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRV, chilled water, and ventilation systems. Proven experience in project planning, scheduling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ready to work Pan India as per project requirement Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
