Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager specializing in mattress manufacturing. The position is located in Luanda, Angola. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role includes managing staff, developing strategic plans, optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to achieve company goals. balance sheets and p&l, experience in Finance, Accounting, supply chain and HR. Qualifications Extensive experience in mattress manufacturing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in developing strategic plans and optimizing manufacturing processes. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle operations and management duties in an on-site setting. Relevant educational background in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling tools is a plus.
