The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training to the sales team, and overseeing general sales management tasks. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and actively participating in promotional activities and marketing campaigns. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide effective Training to the sales team Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Previous experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus
