The ideal candidate will ensure seamless technology operations, providing support and solutions to enhance our organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all designated sites. Manage and maintain security systems, including surveillance and access control. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance. Monitor and ensure uptime of internet connectivity and internal networks. Implement and oversee IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT support or system administration. Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic server management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations. Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
