Perform preventive maintenance checks and ensure all systems are in good working condition. Attend to guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with vendors and other departments when needed. Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to management. Ensure safety standards are followed across the property. High level of patience and attention to detail. Flexible to work in shifts. Good Communication Skills – English/Hindi. Basic technical or trade knowledge preferred.
