We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Daily Responsibilities: Actively generate leads through Google, cold calling, networking, and platforms like IndiaMART, Just Dial, TradeIndia, and social media. Follow up on leads and conduct daily calling to prospective clients. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to close orders. Deliver effective presentations (PPT and verbal) and encourage client visits to the companys factory and experience center. Maintain and update client data, order status, and payment tracking in Excel. Ensure 100% recovery of sales payments for specific orders. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to reporting authority. Conduct at least three client visits per week and share meeting reports with management. Provide end-to-end client support, from initial contact to post-sale service. Present product/service value effectively to clients. Maintain awareness of contracts, agreements, and sales documentation (PI, PO, etc.). Consistently meet personal sales targets, as incentives and growth are performance-based. Exhibit punctuality and professional behavior. Willingness to travel for business meetings across states as required. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Speaking, Reading, Writing). Must be computer proficient and familiar with corporate sales processes. Conditions: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Should demonstrate professionalism in attire and workplace ethics. Strictly prohibited from engaging in bad habits (e.g., alcohol) during work hours. Must agree to home verification and documentation check. Preference for married candidates or those above 30 years of age with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Candidates with a history of misconduct or indiscipline will not be considered.
