Job Summary: The Sales Support Executive (Female) will handle walk-in parties at the office, showcase products, and assist the Sales Team with customer coordination. She will also be responsible for payment collection and regular payment follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails for outstanding bills. During free time, she will support the Accounts Department with basic documentation and data entry work. This is an office-based role requiring good communication, customer handling, and basic computer skills. Key Responsibilities: Attend and assist parties/customers visiting the office. Present and showcase products as per their requirement. Coordinate with Sales Team for product details, availability, and inquiries. Understand customer needs and guide them with suitable product options. Maintain customer interaction and feedback records. Regular follow-up with parties for outstanding payments. Communicate through calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for due/overdue bills. Maintain a follow-up tracker and update payment status daily. Coordinate with Sales Executives for pending payment updates.
