Roles & Responsibilities:Academic Delivery: Teaching: Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops in commerce-related subjects. Curriculum Development: Designing and updating course content to align with current trends and standards. Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluating student performance through assignments, exams, and other methods. Student Support: Providing academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to students. Research: Conducting research in their field of expertise, publishing findings, and contributing to the department's research initiatives. Administrative Duties: Participating in faculty meetings, committees, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
