Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead and oversee formulation R&D activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. 2.Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products across various categories. 3.Manage scale-up processes from lab to pilot to commercial production, ensuring seamless technology transfer. 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, to drive product innovation. 5.Evaluate and implement new raw materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness. 6.Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards (GMP, GLP, etc.). 7.Lead and mentor a team of scientists and technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 8.Monitor and manage R&D budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource utilization. 9.Troubleshoot formulation and production challenges, providing technical support to manufacturing teams. 10. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong market position.
