Visa Telecaller

As a Visa Telecaller at Sunland Education and Immigration Consultants, located in Sector 32D, Chandigarh, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to students and clients regarding study visa and immigration services. You will play a crucial role in explaining visa processes, requirements, and eligibility criteria to the callers. It will be essential for you to maintain proper follow-up with clients, update records, schedule counselling appointments, and coordinate effectively with the team. Meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to students and clients regarding study visa and immigration services. - Explain visa processes, requirements, and eligibility criteria. - Maintain proper follow-up with clients and update records. - Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the team. - Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.). - Pleasant personality and positive attitude. - Fresher can apply. - Experience in visa, education, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
