Job Description: Visa Navigator is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Telecallers to handle visa process inquiries and guide prospective clients through the visa application process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a keen interest in the visa and immigration industry. The role requires the ability to connect with clients, provide information on visa procedures, and address any queries they may have. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound and outbound calls regarding visa-related inquiries. Provide detailed information on visa application processes, requirements, and timelines. Assist clients in understanding the documents and procedures required for various types of visas. Handle client concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction. Record and maintain accurate client information and follow-up records. Coordinate with the team for any complex cases that require escalation. Meet daily and weekly call targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu is mandatory. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of visa processes and documentation is a plus. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to handle customer queries and concerns efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
