VISA FILLING OFFICER(FEMALE CANDIDATES )

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete student visa filing process for UK and Australia, ensuring compliance with country-specific immigration regulations
• Review and verify student documents such as academic transcripts, financial proofs, and SOPs before submission
• Coordinate with students to gather required information, address application-related queries, and maintain timely communication
• Liaise with universities, colleges, and embassies for follow-ups, clarifications, and updates on individual cases
• Stay updated with policy changes, visa guidelines, and education system requirements for both countries
• Maintain organized records of each application, tracking status and generating reports as needed
• Assist students with interview preparation, biometrics, and visa application portal navigation (e.g., UKVI, ImmiAccount)
• Ensure ethical and transparent documentation practices aligned with industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in visa filing or education consultancy, preferably for UK and Australian institutions
• Familiarity with visa documentation systems and country-specific SOPs and CAS/COE procedures
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, online portals, and CRM platforms
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
