Visa Filing Officer

Wisdom Overseas is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Visa Filing Officer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for handling and managing visa application files, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and assisting students and clients with their visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize student visa and tourist visa application files.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with embassy/consulate requirements.
• Coordinate with clients for missing or additional documents.
• Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital).
• Assist the counseling and filing team in preparing visa applications.
• Update internal records and track application progress.
• Communicate with students/clients regarding file status and upcoming requirements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Arts/Commerce/Management).
• Prior experience in visa filing/immigration/education consultancy will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
