Visa Counselor

We are looking for a mature, experienced, and target-driven professional who can handle both study visa counseling and B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and a proven track record of building strong B2B relationships in the education or immigration sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students in choosing the right course, country, and university based on their academic background and goals.
• Assist with the end-to-end visa application process including documentation, interview prep, and submission.
• Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to visa approval.

B2B Partnership Development:

• Identify and build relationships with educational agents, consultants, coaching centers, and other potential B2B partners.
• Conduct regular outreach (calls, meetings, presentations) to generate leads and referrals.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow business.
• Maintain records of partner interactions, feedback, and performance.
• Represent the organization at networking events, seminars, and fairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in study visa counseling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
• Mature, responsible, and self-motivated personality.
