Visa Counselor Cum Telecaller

WE ARE LOOKING TELECALLER OR COUNSELLOR FOR OUR IMMIGRATION COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TELECALLER:- 1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. 2. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. 3. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES OF COUNSELLOR:- 1. Call the clients and give detailed information as per their individual requirements. 2. Counsel the students/ clients with up-to-date visa information and assess them on their age, education, work experience, language eligibility. 3. Must have min 30 visits per month. 4. Must be target oriented and goal-specific. 5. Maintain records of clients in Database. OFFICE TIMING:- 10 AM TO 6 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY) WALK IN DIRECT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• visa counselor: 2 years (Preferred)
• TELECALLER: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
