Job Description

Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study Abroad / Immigration for Canada, Australia, NZ etc. Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Registration, Admissions, Case study and Evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction. Participate in Company Seminars and other events for promotion activities. Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service. Review ongoing cases and new legislation and accordingly advice clients Strong knowledge of Destination and local education systems 2-3 years of Counseling experience preferably in Education industry Excellent Conversion rate at all stages of Counselling process as defined Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Student Visa Counsellors: 2 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Counselling: 3 years (Preferred)
