Job Title: Visa Counselor / Telecaller Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Visa Counselor with telecalling experience. The role involves guiding students/clients with visa procedures, handling telephonic inquiries, and providing end-to-end support for visa applications and related services. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries regarding visa services. Counsel students/clients about visa processes, documentation, and eligibility. Provide accurate information about different countries’ visa requirements. Assist clients in preparing and reviewing documents for visa applications. Maintain and update client records in the system. Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed applications. Coordinate with internal teams for processing and updates. Achieve assigned targets for client conversions and service quality.
