Position: Tele caller & Counsellor – Immigration Services Location: SCO 411-412, SECTOR 35C, CHANDIGARH Employment Type: Full Time Job We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Telecaller with a background in the immigration sector to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in client engagement, providing accurate information, and supporting potential clients throughout their initial inquiry process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and explain our immigration services. Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Provide detailed, up-to-date information on various immigration programs and eligibility requirements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the customer database. Schedule consultations and follow-ups with potential clients. Address client concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary. Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to calls and conversions.
