Visa Counsellor and Office Receptionist

Position: Visa Counsellor (Full-Time)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in visa/study abroad counselling
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: Immigration/International Studies background)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and clients for visa and study abroad options in the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Provide accurate information regarding visa procedures, documentation, course selection, and admissions.
• Handle student applications, maintain records, and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with international universities and admission teams.
• Stay updated with visa norms, immigration policies, and embassy regulations.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi/Punjabi)
• Strong knowledge of international student visa processes
• Well-organized with attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM systems
