VIS & BI Strategy Practitioner

**Job Description:** As a VIS and BI Strategy Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive vision, business case, and modernization strategy for Visual Information Systems and Business Intelligence. Your role will involve discovering and assessing opportunities, identifying industry- and function-centered use cases, and guiding clients on relevant measures and metrics. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop a VIS/BI roadmap and operating model, drive adoption, decision making, and behavior change, and measure the value generated from these initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expected to be an SME in VIS and BI strategies. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for making team decisions and contributing to key decisions across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and other teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of VIS and BI strategies. - Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the team remains up-to-date with VIS and BI practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Experience in developing and implementing VIS and BI strategies. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with data governance and management principles. **Additional Information:** The candidate must have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Kinaxis. The position is based at the Hyderabad office.
