Job Description: Process: International BPO, Technical Support, Voice, Non -Voice. Role: Process Associate / Tax Analyst. Location: Dilsukhnagar HYEDERABAD. Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire. Shift Timings: Night Shifts. Qualification: Any Graduate with Good Communications skills (verbal + written) Graduation is must (Any Graduation is fine). Roles and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers. Must have the knowledge in MS Office.
