Job Brief: The candidate will be required to write good quality credit proposals, assist the Relationship Manager in operations of the existing portfolio. He/she has to provide assistance in bringing aggressive growth through sanction and disbursement of new to bank in the Corporate Banking segment. Specific Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk (250 Cr - No Cap) 2. Must be thorough with the disbursement process (legal / valuation, etc.) 3. To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio 4. Responsible for day to day monitoring of clients and identifying the potential value destroying assets 5. Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction, 6. Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid -Market Clients 7. Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need in synergy with RM Key Qualifications & Skills: 1. Experience: Minimum 4 yrs years of experience in corporate banking 2. Education: CA, MBA from 1 Tier college. 3. Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of corporate banking products, market dynamics, and financial acumen. 4. Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and implement strategies in alignment with business goals. 6. Collaboration: Strong ability to work across functions and collaborate with different teams to achieve business objectives.
