About the Role

We are hiring for VM Sales (Voice Process) roles under CL11 and CL12 levels. The role involves handling outbound/inbound voice calls to engage with customers, promote products, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Position Details

CL11 – Virtual Relationship Manager (Voice Sales)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Voice process mandatory)

Eligibility: BPO or any Sales experience required

CTC: ₹3.80 LPA

In-Hand Salary: ₹25,345 (Fixed) + ₹2,000 (Variable incentive post certification)

CL12 – Virtual Relationship Manager (Voice Sales)

Experience Required: Sales experience preferred (BPO or Direct Sales)

CTC: ₹3.00 LPA

In-Hand Salary: ₹18,722 (Fixed) + ₹2,000 (Variable incentive post certification)

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound/inbound voice calls to drive product sales.

Engage customers with consultative selling and resolve queries effectively.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

Education: undergrad

Experience:

CL11: Minimum 1 year of voice sales experience (BPO or direct sales mandatory)

CL12: Freshers or candidates with some sales exposure can apply

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi

Shift: Rotational shifts

Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational off)
